To provide a smooth, quick and easy check-in experience for you, please fill out and submit our Diamond Lane pre-arrival form at least 7 days prior to your scheduled and confirmed arrival date. If you are planning to have someone else check in for this reservation, please contact Owner Services before you complete this form. If you have multiple reservations making up your stay, you need only complete one form.

The information you provide on this form will be used to prepare your check-in. So that we can accurately update your reservation, it is important that you fill out the form completely, including your entire address. Also double-check the spelling of your name and ensure that it matches your reservation confirmation. Please note that you will need to contact Owner Services to change the name on your reservation if you are not planning to arrive for your reserved vacation period.

Please Note: Check-in begins at 4 p.m. Should your travel schedule result in an arrival earlier than 4 p.m., the Front Office staff will store your luggage and you may enjoy the resort's many amenities until your villa is ready.


Please provide the names of any guests who will be staying in the villa. Although villa keys will be provided only to the person under whose name the reservation is booked, guests arriving before that person will receive a resort pass so that they can enjoy the resort until the villa can be accessed. Guests not listed will not be given access to the resort and will not be allowed to board the private Westin® ferry. Please note that you cannot list more people than the maximum occupancy of the villa reserved. Please review your reservation confirmation for the reserved occupancy.

Private Westin Ferry

Reserve your place on Westin’s private ferry and enjoy unlimited travel between St. John and St. Thomas throughout your stay. Simply check your luggage and pick up your villa keys at the Westin desk at the St. Thomas airport. Westin ferry passes must be purchased at the Westin airport desk.

Additional Housekeeping Services

Guests staying on a vacation ownership interest reservation will receive a midweek refresher if they are staying at least seven days. The following housekeeping services are available for a fee. Please select the housekeeping service and the day that you would like the service provided. The fee is based on villa type occupied and will be assessed to your folio. We will reconfirm these services during the check-in process.

Villa Grocery Pre-stock

Select the items from the grocery pre-stock shopping list that you would like to have delivered to your villa upon your arrival at the resort. As soon as you are checked in, contact Mango Deli to have your order delivered directly to your villa.
