The Westin St. John Resort Villas

Please submit your order at least 72 hours prior to arrival at the resort. Once checked-in, please call the Mango Deli to have your grocery order delivered.

If you are restocking your pantry or refrigerator after you are on property, please complete the form, then call the Mango Deli so that we can coordinate a prompt delivery.

HOW TO ORDER

Filling Your Shopping Cart:

1. Click on one of the categories above to see the items available
2. Fill in the quantity for each item
3. After you finish shopping in each category, click "Add to Cart"
4. Review your order

Completing Your Order:

1. Click "Check Out"
2. Complete all required fields on the order form (NOTE: The order must be in the same name as the Villa Reservation)
3. Click "Submit"
4. You will see a thank you page with your order number. Retain your order number for reference or for any questions
5. A confirmation email will be sent to you

Payment:

Charges for our Grocery prestock service are applied to your Villa. A credit card must be provided at the time of check-in. Additional charges include:

• $7.50 per order on orders up to $49.99
• $10 per order on orders from $50 to $99.99
• 10% service charge on orders over $100

If you have questions or need to change your order, please call 340-693-8000 ext.1850 M-F 9am-5pm AST. Please be sure to have your Order Confirmation Number.

Please Note:

Important: Orders of wine or beer require an adult at least 21 years of age to accept the delivery.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date given with the order. Orders cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee of entire purchase. Should you cancel your villa reservation or change your check-in date, please call the Mango Deli to let us know of the change.

A Note About Pricing: Prices are subject to a 10% increase based on the fluctuating cost of groceries between the time you order and the actual time you visit the resort. Our prices are competitive with area convenience stores.

In the event of limited grocery supply availability, we reserve the right to substitute items with a similar product or brand. Should you be unsatisfied with the substitute item(s), you have the right to refuse delivery without incurring restocking or cancellation charges.
