To ensure your Villa is pre-stocked with groceries when you arrive, please submit your order at least 72 hours prior to arrival at the resort. Orders submitted less than 72 hours may incur a delivery delay.

Payment for our Grocery pre-stock service must be made with a credit card or cash at the time of check-in. In addition to the price of the groceries, the cost for the pre-stock service is:
Important: Orders of wine or beer require an adult at least 21 years of age to accept the delivery.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date given with the order. Orders cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. Should you cancel your villa reservation or change your check-in date, please call The Villages Marketplace at 407-238-5101 to let us know of the change.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. Availability of brands and sizes of certain products may change from time to time based on store inventory.
A Note About Pricing: Prices are subject to a 10% increase based on the fluctuating cost of groceries between the time you order and the actual time you visit the resort. Our prices are competitive with area convenience stores.
